About LungHealthHub

Updated June 2026

Who We Are

LungHealthHub is an independent respiratory wellness publication founded on a single principle: people deserve accurate, evidence-based information about their lung health without having to wade through medical jargon, sensationalised health claims, or content written primarily to sell products.

We're a small editorial team with backgrounds in health journalism and respiratory research. We are not a medical practice, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice — but we take our responsibility to accuracy seriously, and every article on LungHealthHub is written against published, peer-reviewed research.

Our Editorial Standards

Every article published on LungHealthHub meets the following criteria before it goes live:

Why We Write About Respiratory Health

Respiratory conditions affect more than 500 million people globally. COPD, asthma, post-COVID lung symptoms, and chronic breathlessness are among the most common long-term health conditions — yet lung health receives a fraction of the public health attention given to heart disease or cancer, despite being directly connected to both.

We started LungHealthHub because we kept encountering two problems: credible respiratory information that was too technical to be actionable, and accessible respiratory content that was either inaccurate or driven by product sales rather than genuine evidence. We aim to occupy the gap between those two failure modes.

Our Approach to Supplement Reviews

We review natural respiratory supplements because many of our readers are looking for evidence-based support beyond lifestyle changes. Our review methodology applies the same criteria as our editorial content:

Where we earn an affiliate commission, we say so. Where a product doesn't meet our evidence criteria, we say that too — see our full supplements guide for our complete methodology and the products that didn't make the cut.

E-E-A-T Commitment

Google's E-E-A-T framework (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) is the standard we hold ourselves to because it aligns with what our readers deserve. We are:
